The iPhone Air may have been the star of the show, but Apple also announced a new pair of AirPods at its “Awe dropping” event on September 9th. The AirPods Pro 3 arrive three years after the second-generation model, which received a minor update in 2023 with a USB-C charging case and dust resistance, and will hit stores on September 19th (though you can preorder them now).
